After commissioning and installation works,

production started at the end of 2018.

In a very short period of time, our company found its place in the Uzbek market and began exporting to neighboring countries, becoming one of the largest exporters in Uzbekistan.

Our enterprise has a processing capacity of seventy-two thousand tons of sunflower seeds per year and is fully equipped with the latest and modern equipment.

The company has more than two hundred jobs, where highly qualified employees work.

The presence of a railway at the enterprise creates a number of conveniences for us to deliver our products throughout the country and to neighboring countries.

Sunflower oil

Nowadays, sunflower oil is known everywhere. Two types of sunflower oil are produced at food industry enterprisesrefined and unrefined.Unrefined oil is produced in two ways:- cold pressed (the seeds are pressed, and then the squeezed out oil is collected, by the way, this oil is considered the most useful, but it is not stored for long);- hot pressing, which involves heating the seeds before being sent under the press.It is clear that less useful substances are stored in such a product, but at the same time it is stored longer.

Refined oil is obtained in the extraction process: the seeds are poured with hexane (organica colorless solvent with a slight odor reminiscent of dichloroethane), and after separation of the oil, the hexane is removed with water vapor and alkali.Refined oil is odorless and does not taste bitter.For culinary purposes, sunflower oil is used to dress various salads and vinaigrettes.it is added to baked goods and confectionery.Sunflower oil is an indispensable product for frying meat, fish, vegetables, for seasoning soups, gravies, sauces and marinades.

Sunflower meal

Sunflower meal is a valuable feed product widely used in agriculture.Its use can significantly increase the productivity of animals and poultry. Sunflower meal can be fed both in its pure form and as part of compound feed for poultry.It is a by-product of sunflower oil production.
